Der Solothurner Berglaufcup wurde 1989 ins Leben gerufen und ab 2001 in Jura-Top-Tour umgetauft. Die attraktive Plattform soll in erster Linie das Interesse am Laufsport wecken und speziell den Berg-Trail-Lauf in der Jura-Region fördern. Geselligkeit und Bewegung stehen im Vordergrund.
